I’m Orphise Rodriguez, lead consultant at HR Solutions. I have more than 15 years of professional experience, 9 of them in human resources, in multinationals as well as small and medium-sized businesses, so I adapt to the size of your organisation.
This is the second time I have set up a business. The first time, I created Women of the Five Continents, a social network supporting women entrepreneurs around the world, and NGOs who share my vision: working for peace, equality and justice.
Creating a healthy, collaborative and inclusive workplace is my priority. I can help you spark creativity and innovation, solve internal problems and strengthen bonds within your teams, on assignments lasting a day, a week, a month or a year. It is over time that you will see real results.
I work to live; I don’t live to work. My advice: take care of yourself first, and the rest will follow.
