My name is Orphise Rodriguez. I have worked with managers and department heads as a recruiter, HR Business Partner and HR specialist in Switzerland and other parts of the world. Managing people is one of the hardest things anyone does in their career, and it is a skill you can learn.
We work with people from different cultures, backgrounds and personalities. That is why we need to learn to collaborate toward a common goal, while allowing everyone to be their authentic self and grow individually and collectively.
