My name is Orphise Rodriguez and I am the founder and lead HR consultant at HR Solutions SA.
I am an entrepreneur and this is the second time that I am launching a company.
The first time, I created a social network called Women of the Five Continents. The goal was to support women entrepreneurs around the world. Living in Switzerland with access to so many resources was eye-opening for me. I wanted to support NGOs and entrepreneurs who were striving for peace, equality, and justice.
Now, with over 15 years of professional experience, 8 of which in Human Resources, I’ve decided to offer my services as a consultant. I want to bring value to small and medium-sized companies. There is a lot of work to do to create a healthy and positive environment in the workplace. This is my priority. My goal is to help you boost creativity and innovation, solve problems and build a thriving team.
The corporate world can be quite challenging for people like me who think outside the box. I can do much more as an HR consultant than as an employee so here I am now. Happy to support you and your organization to grow and thrive as an employer. I will be here as long as you need me. It could be for a day, a week, a month, or a year. You decide what’s best for you.
I have a Master’s degree from Capella University and a Swiss Diploma in Human Resources from HRSE.
I am a hard-working person. I also work to live. I don’t live to work. That’s very important.
Working as a consultant gives me the freedom to have a balanced life and I love it.

I first met Orphise at an Internations networking event where she struck me as a driven, passionate, and visionary entrepreneur. In leading WO5C, Orphise has demonstrated not her drive and passion but many other qualities including, her patience and fortitude. As a startup entrepreneur, Orphise has owned every aspect of the business from finance, marketing, and product delivery.
Orphise is very curious and motivated to learn. I could see how interested she was in all H.R. topics like people development, e-learning, emotional intelligence, and leadership competencies....but she is also able to accept new challenges in very different areas. Orphise is a sincere and direct person. She creates easy relationships with people.
Orphise joined my team as a recruiter 2 weeks before the Covid19 lockdown in Switzerland so our relationship rapidly turned virtual :-). She worked independently on the recruitment activities for specific talent pools (logistics, IT...)
